Terms of Service

By accessing or using LLMProxy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

LLMProxy provides Polish 4G/5G mobile proxies aimed at AI scraping and LLM data pipelines — collecting public web data for training corpora, RAG ingestion, and browser-agent workflows. The service is provided on an as-available basis and may evolve over time.

You agree not to use the service for any illegal activity, unauthorized access or intrusion into systems, spam, fraud, or infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights. You must respect the terms of the sites you target where you are legally required to do so, and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions you operate in.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly through in-app support if you suspect any unauthorized use.

The service may be offered on subscription plans and may include a trial. Fees, plan terms, and any trial conditions are presented to you before you commit. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees for the plan you choose. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, carrier conditions, and factors beyond our control can affect availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLMProxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or put the platform or other users at risk. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice, but we may act immediately to protect the network.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts competent for the operator's seat, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
